We liked this place. Free WiFi was working perfectly. Location of the hotel is good, facing the garden. Moreover, it is set just walking distance from hot water:)))

The hotel and basic cabin were very clean. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators are a nice touch. The place is 2 km away from Rotorua downtown.

It is the best place to stay if your are looking for a couple of nights. Located within a walk to Lake Rotorua, which is about 100 metres away. Walking distance to Koutu Fish Shop, where you can have lunch. Extremely comfortable bed...
